Global Beverage Group Aquires Digatex

WATERLOO, ON.—December 5, 2002—Global Beverage Group (GBG) today announced the acquisition of Digatex Inc.

GBG brings together both route accounting and field automation solutions for over 120 customers within the United States, Canada,  Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

Ted Hastings, CEO of GBG, stated, “GBG will continue to focus on the development of supply chain applications specific to providing beverage distribution the advanced tools required to efficiently and effectively manage the complexities related to order management, delivery management, and field execution. GBG is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and will continue operations with the office in Austin, Texas.
