WATERLOO, ON.—May 7, 2003—Global Beverage Group (GBG), a leading provider of software solutions for the direct-store-delivery (DSD) of beverages, has acquired the remaining 51% interest in Application Design Associates (ADA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Semotus Solutions Inc. (SSI). 

On January 25, 2002, GBG announced an agreement with SSI for the purchase of 49% of ADA, with an option to purchase the remaining 51% interest within fifteen months from the initial investment.
                                    
GBG’s purchase of ADA allows the company to add asset management products to its DSD portfolio that includes route accounting host systems, mobile applications, warehouse & logistics applications and business intelligence tools. Specifically, GBG is adding ADA’s Vending Maintenance Management System, mobile AutoTech Link and Fleet Maintenance Management System to its suite of applications for beverage distributors.
